Cardi B Breaks Down on Social Media After Trump’s Victory

Must read

The election of Donald Trump as the 47th President of the United States has sparked a sharp divide among celebrity supporters. While those who backed Trump are celebrating, stars who supported Kamala Harris struggle to come to terms with the outcome. Many speculate that the election result could have lasting consequences for these public figures, especially after Trump previously warned that Taylor Swift would pay the price for her outspoken support of Harris.

Cardi B, a staunch advocate for Harris, took to social media on Wednesday, posting a tearful message that read, “I hate y’all, bad.” The emotional post follows months of fiery exchanges between Cardi B and Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who had long dismissed her as a speechless puppet while vocally supporting Trump.

Billie Eilish didn’t hold back in her reaction to Trump’s victory. “It’s a war on women,” she declared on social media, doubling down on her long-standing criticism of Trump’s anti-abortion stance. Eilish has been an outspoken advocate for reproductive rights and has regularly criticized the former president’s policies.

Renowned author Stephen King offered a striking metaphor for the state of American democracy in the wake of the election. “There is a sign you often see in stores that sell fragile, beautiful items: ‘Nice to look at, nice to hold, but if you break it, consider it sold,” King said, reflecting on the fragility of democracy. His somber message aligns with his ongoing criticism of Trump’s political agenda.

Conversely, celebrities who supported Trump are poised for a new wave of visibility. Country music legend Lee Greenwood, whose anthem “God Bless the USA” has become a rallying cry for Republican supporters, expressed his elation over Trump’s victory. Hollywood veterans Mel Gibson and Dennis Quaid and wrestling icon Hulk Hogan also celebrated the win, joining the chorus of high-profile figures backing the former president.
