LE SSERAFIM has again dominated the charts, claiming the top spot on Japan’s prestigious Oricon Daily Album Ranking.
The group’s fifth mini-album, HOT, sold an impressive 69,291 copies on its release day, propelling it to number one on Saturday’s Oricon Daily Album Ranking.
This latest achievement adds to LE SSERAFIM’s growing list of chart-topping successes in Japan. From its debut album FEARLESS to follow-up releases like ANTIFRAGILE, UNFORGIVEN, EASY, and CRAZY, the group has consistently conquered the Oricon Daily Album Ranking. With HOT, the group has made history by having all six Korean-released albums reach the top spot on this esteemed chart.
The title track, “HOT,” also makes waves in digital streaming. On its release day (Friday), the track racked up 64,527 plays on Spotify’s Japan Daily Top Songs chart. This strong showing placed Japan as the third-highest country for streams, just behind the U.S. and Canada. The song’s popularity didn’t stop there; it climbed, securing the 94th spot on Japan’s Daily Top Songs chart on Saturday, marking its second consecutive day on the ranking.
